Job Description

We are looking for proactive and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team in the insurance/mutual funds sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
    • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market needs.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals.
    • Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
  3. Client Acquisition:
    • Prospect and acquire new clients through effective lead generation and networking.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address client concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Sales Presentations:
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services and address client needs.
    • Tailor presentations to highlight the unique value proposition of the organization.
  6. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
    • Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
    • Provide feedback from clients to improve products or services.
